Role Summary
As part of our Simulation Software Sales organization, you will drive growth by generating and closing SaaS and Hybrid SaaS opportunities across existing and new customer accounts. Working closely with account teams, you will develop value-based sales strategies that expand recurring revenue, strengthen customer adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will build trusted relationships with partners at all levels, understand customer challenges, and position tailored digital solutions aligned with strategic priorities. This role manages opportunities end-to-end-from pipeline development through proposal, negotiation, and close—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive SaaS revenue growth, including renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to achieve performance targets.
- Partner with account teams and internal partners to align implement customer plans.
- Engage decision-makers to understand business needs and position tailored solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle, including opportunity development, proposal creation, negotiation, and close.
- Deliver compelling, value-based presentations and proposals aligned with customer goals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams to support customer adoption and retention.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.
- Share domain expertise and contribute to team knowledge development and mentorship.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS, Simulation, PLM, or industrial software solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners in cross-functional environments.
- Understanding of the sales lifecycle, including negotiation and closing processes.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
