Assistant Manager- Finance & Procurement Services (Reporting Analyst)

You’ll make a difference by:
- Regular creation of financial dashboards and project tracking reports to communicate the status of target achievements (PPC reporting core job)
- Distribution of weekly and monthly reports including alignment of measures within the procurement team
- Develop existing dashboards to the next level by using Mendix, PowerBI or other visualization tools (nice to have)
- AI/ML knowledge Good to have
- Creating Material Master Purchase Info record for new material in SAP
- Analysis of the factory purchasing volume, determination of potential savings and proposal of activities to support target achievement
- Establish close cooperation within the procurement team and support in special projects to digitize the processes
- Continuous knowledge development in the area of procurement controlling.
Your success is grounded
- 4years –6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering)
- Experience with procurement controlling dashboards in the area of factory / manufacturing or comparable knowledge
- Strategic thinking, analytic and strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and motivation management
- Flexible working in Night Shift. (This will be supporting for US Region)
- Knowledge in procurement, supplier chain management, logistics or controlling
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and SAP modules
- Fluent English.
