Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent professional to lead data analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives. The role combines strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in dashboards, RPA, and business-focused AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Analyze and validate data from various sources to generate accurate insights, dashboards, and business reports.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using RPA and support AI-driven use cases that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting, process improvement, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Monitor solution performance, ensure data quality and governance, and present recommendations clearly to business leaders.

Your success is grounded

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3years–6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, automation, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with hands-on exposure to RPA platforms.
• Understanding of data governance, statistical analysis, and AI/ML concepts, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder interpersonal skills.
• This will be supporting for US region, needs to be flexible working with night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate, Python, VBA, or similar tools for analytics and automation.
• Familiarity with ETL, enterprise data integration, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
