Your mission will be…

  • Execution of administrative Cash Allocation tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global Cash Allocation product catalogue.
  • Allocation and Clarification of incoming payments.
  • Closing activities & PCMB Controls verification.
  • Record and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP with precision and timeliness.
  • Upload and reconcile bank statements.
  • Post journal entries and perform technical account reconciliations.
  • Contact Business Unit’s or Customer’s, handling critical queries and provide accurate information to business partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar (preferable).
  • Experience in Account Receivables processes (preferable).
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian.
  • Basic knowledge of English and Portuguese.
  • Service attitude, good organization skills and team orientation.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
  • Learning attitude.
  • Preferably broad experience in IT tools (Excel, SAP, Finavigate and Others).
