eCommerce Technical IT Operations Professional - Hybrid - Bratislava/Žilina/Košice

This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava, Žilina, or Košice.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate assigned incidents, resolve where possible. Seek additional information and clarifications from requester if necessary. Assign incidents to the technical team if necessary and ensure a smooth handover.
- Coordinate with business in understanding and finalizing Change Requests
- You will be dealing with business stakeholders in EMEA region in supporting Webshops
- You will work with the technical team to coordinate testing and implementation of Change Requests
- Once trained in our Service Transition and Project Management processes and upon becoming familiar with webshop functionality, you will also be Project Manager for initiatives in this area
- You shall work closely with other eCommerce team colleagues located in the US, Germany and India.
- Ability to effectively analyze, identify and troubleshoot production issues.
- Create, Manage and Execute test cases in Azure DevOps.
- Support Business for UAT testing and coordinate with development team for bug/issue resolutions.
Technical Skills:
- Must be familiar with functions of ecommerce sites. Specific experience supporting SAP Commerce Cloud-based web applications would be a plus.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow based incident and change management process tools would be a plus.
- Experience with usage of test management tools like Azure DevOps
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Fluency in other European languages such as German is a plus, but is not a core requirement
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting with peers, other IT teams, and business stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Learn to use SAP to support first-level troubleshooting.
