We are looking for job title : IT Service and Operations Professional – Mendix / Low-Code Platforms

You’ll create impact by

• Lead end-to-end service management for Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Pega, aligned to business objectives and IT roadmaps.
• Act as the primary contact for partners, product owners, delivery teams, support teams, and providers on service, application, and technical topics.
• Ensure stable, secure, compliant operations through monitoring, incident, problem, change, release, and service request management.
• Drive continuous improvement by translating performance insights, user feedback, and operational risks into prioritised roadmap actions.
• Govern lifecycle activities from onboarding and transition to operations through improvements, upgrades, decommissioning, and vendor-led changes.
• Strengthen delivery quality by improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, test coordination, release readiness, and DevOps Center standards.
• Shape enterprise-scale solution design, integrations, ALM standards, environment strategies, governance processes, and reusable templates with platform experts and developers.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, service reviews, resilience plans, and provider governance to improve transparency, continuity, cybersecurity risk control, and customer satisfaction.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Bring a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field, plus 10+ years in international IT environments.
• Apply good experience across end-to-end application and service operations, including incident, change, problem, release, and vendor management.
• Use deep Mendix ecosystem knowledge, ideally covering Siemens setup, governance, standard methodologies, reusable templates, operational concepts, and participants.
• Add Microsoft Power Platform or Pega knowledge, including enterprise governance, integration patterns, platform operations, Dataverse solutions, and Power Platform ALM.
• Demonstrate hands-on DevOps and CI/CD expertise using environment strategies, pipeline deployments, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Copilot Studio, and cloud delivery models.
• Show understanding of integrations, APIs, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, compliance, business continuity, structured documentation, and ITIL or SIAM frameworks.
• Bring business-fluent English, AI integration experience, strong ownership, analytical judgement, partner management, customer focus, and confidence coaching virtual teams.     
• Contribute to user enablement and adoption by supporting training concepts, operational documentation, and clear communication for new features, processes, and service changes.
• Evaluate emerging automation and low code technologies, incl. AI-enabled capabilities, and identify opportunities to enhance applications, operational efficiency, and user productivity.
