We are looking for job title : IT Service Portfolio Manager
You’ll create impact by
- Aligning Siemens IT services with operational needs. This role involves close collaboration with several hundred IT service owners and key partners to respond to evolving market demands, ensure quality and operational completion, and align with business requirements and strategy.
- Maintaining and leading an assigned portion of the Siemens IT Service Portfolio.
- Supervising the lifecycle of IT services and service offerings.
- Ensuring portfolio compliance with Siemens service design criteria and service offering guidelines.
- Coordinating with partners such as value center heads, service owners, and service managers to ensure data compliance, accuracy, and currency.
- Leading data relationships across related domains, such as budgeting and underpinning contracts.
- Driving end-to-end service integration and impact management by ensuring accurate documentation of dependencies between IT services and IT applications.
- Identifying portfolio inconsistencies and underlying issues through reporting and data analysis.
- Driving improvements in portfolio management processes and tools.
- Providing portfolio management support and mentorship.
- Acting as the operational partner concern point for process-related questions.
- Collaborating with management to resolve partner concerns when required.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- At least 10 years of professional experience in IT portfolio management, IT service management, or a related field, with familiarity in IT services and applications.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, understand structures, and draw significant conclusions.
- A proactive attitude focused on identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sophisticated proficiency in English.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with internal participants and external partners.
- A collaborative team-oriented approach, with the ability to work optimally in international and multi-functional teams.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions when vital.
- A strong passion for customer service.
- Experience in IT outsourcing, IT contracting, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPI definition (preferred).
- Experience working in a ServiceNow environment (preferred).
- ITIL certification(s) (a plus).
