Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting, along with a good understanding of performance testing practices.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of our applications through robust automation and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using tools like Playwright
• Develop and manage test scripts using Shell scripting and other scripting/programming languages
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, or similar tools)
• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests
• Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and failure points
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure continuous quality and deliv
• Contribute to improving test strategies, frameworks, and best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and QA engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Playwright (or similar automation tools)
• Shell scripting
• CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Good understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance testing)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter, etc.)
• Knowledge of distributed systems / microservices architecture
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Basic understanding of cloud and Kubernetes environments
