Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Required candidate should have BE / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical fields with 7 yrs + of experience or Diploma with 10 + yrs of experience 
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT equipment and process.
  • We seek to have a candidate with strong knowledge in Siplace placement machine, Reflow Ovens, DEK? EKRA screen printers and SAKI SPI and AOI.
  • Ability to prepare Maintenance procedures and work instruction for equipment and awareness & implementation of safety precaution during preventive maintenance and new machine installation.
  • We want you to interact with Vendor for issue resolution and machine improvement, Fulfill QMS, OHSAS standards requirements and prepare the CA / PA and detailed analysis for frequent breakdowns.
  • Good Electronics & electrical fundamental knowledge
  • Safety first mindset.
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
  • Skill to understand circuit diagram to troubleshoot electrical faults in machine.
  • Ability to work along with team to get the desired results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & techniques (e.g. 8D)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders in the organization.
  • Candidate should be willing to work in shifts and also work during holidays incase the work demands.
  • Should be updated with the latest technology like AI.
Candidate Profile :

  •  Required candidate with more than 5 years of experience for Graduate and for Diploma more than 8 years of experience.
  • Work with minimal supervision on complex projects and should be capable of independent judgment.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Work closely with suppliers and other CFTs to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements and to implement it.
  • Efficiently meet the time line of assigned project with quality output.
  • Collaborating with globally located teams
  • Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness
  • Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report break downs & its analysis
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures that ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
  • Plan and execute Preventive maintenance plan.
