Strategic Account Director
Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software. Major Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account.
- Generate targeted solutions and negotiate all customer agreements.
- Collaborates with technical team to ensure sales and technical plans are aligned.
- Provides leadership for the account team and establishes a vision with measurable goals and objectives. Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognize meaningful contributions.
- Develops and maintains executive relationships – internal and external.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years direct account management experience in electronic design or similar.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills
- Proven background of experience being able to establish a broad and deep understanding of customers and business
