About the team
In our Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Ostrava we purchase materials and services for the worldwide Siemens companies and offer them our expertise. We prepare tenders, select suitable suppliers or file vendor data and contracts into different procurement tools.
Your responsibilities:
- Work with a team to manage a digital project management tool (WRIKE) using agile methods.
- Support the global Business Owner and Product Owner with daily tasks and communication.
- Help internal users across different regions.
- Manage internal communication and user support.
- Gather and manage requirements for improvements and changes.
- Help create and update training materials together with external partners.
Your profile:
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of project or change management and agile methods.
- Digital mindset and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in operational support or communication/business roles is an advantage.
- Interest in IT tools and working with a global SaaS solution.
- Enjoy organizing workshops and working with user communities.
- Fluency in English is a must; good German skills (written and spoken) is a plus.
