The role involves defining and documenting GS SO processes, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s core and distinct processes as well as ISO standards. It focuses on standardizing and harmonizing processes to achieve consistency and efficiency across the organization. Effective communication and optimization of process changes are essential, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Verification mechanisms are implemented to ensure processes meet required standards. Support is provided to GS SO functions in developing and refining processes within the BiC cloud application, leveraging technology for improvement. Continuous improvement initiatives are driven by aligning processes with GS SO functions and incorporating feedback on potential enhancements. Planning, coordination, and implementation of communication and training activities related to process changes ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder understanding. Additionally, the role represents Siemens Energy GS SO GBF at internal and external process committees, advocating for process improvements and sharing best practices.

Process Definition and Documentation: 
  • Develop and maintain clear definitions and comprehensive documentation for GS SO processes, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s core and distinct processes as well as ISO standards.
  • Standardization and Harmonization: 
  • Promote the standardization and harmonization of processes to achieve consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Communication and Optimization: 
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding process changes and optimizations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Process Verification: 
  • Implement verification mechanisms to ensure processes are functioning as intended and meeting required standards.
  • Support in BIC Cloud Application: 
  • Assist GS SO functions in developing and refining processes within the BiC cloud application, leveraging technology for process improvement.
  • Training and Communication:
  •  Plan, coordinate, and implement communication and training activities related to process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder understanding.
  • Continuous Improvement: 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by aligning processes with GS SO functions and incorporating feedback on potential enhancements


Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Experience in solution business
Tender Management and/or Project Management (experience in Process management desirable)
Technical leadership of project teams in various projects and programs/initiatives
Intercultural experience, experience with intercultural teams
Min 5 years' experience in solutions project business with any engineering degree background.
