The Director of the Program Office will lead the strategic advancement and scalable growth of the services business, with accountability for shaping the service lifecycle, aligning offerings to evolving market and customer priorities, and enabling best-in-class execution through internal teams and external partners. This leader will operate across organizational boundaries to influence vertical strategies, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and cultivate critical relationships that accelerate business performance and lifecycle value creation. The role will also reinforce the strategic interlock between Service Execution and Sales, driving profitable growth and stronger market impact across the U.S.

We are looking for a Director of Program Office. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States, with a preference in Alpharetta, GA. 

You’ll make an impact by:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategies for expanding the services business.
  • Align technical-based service offerings to market-focused practices, ensuring that deliverables are transformed into sellable, customer-centric offerings.
  • Establish and manage consistent processes for moving service deliverables to market-ready offerings.
  • Coordinate efforts to standardize service offerings, including:
  • Designing compelling value propositions with return on investment (ROI) as a core element
  • Implementing market-based pricing strategies that consider cost, value, and ROI timelines (under 24 months)
  • Ensuring clear communication and understanding of service deliverables
  • Aligning offerings to service practices
  • Maintain service partner capability matrices and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Strong engagement and interlock with sales organization
  • Drive vertical business steering to achieve desired outcomes and lifecycle growth.
  • Enable strategic initiatives, including innovation, partner strategy, and vertical bets.
  • Support to recruit, onboard, and nurture service execution partners and subcontractors to scale deployment capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership opportunities according to the Global CS Model and in alignment with the Zone Americas and local region U.S.
  • Negotiate agreements in line with the company’s strategic goals and manage all aspects of partner relationships, including contract negotiation, ongoing support, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor partner performance and drive business growth, identifying new revenue streams.
  • Through the strategic development and management of value propositions, marketplace messaging, and service offering lifecycle portfolio management, your charter will be to identify and drive improvements to the overall "customer experience" through key measurable initiatives.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of prior experience with operational sales background
  • 5+ years of prior leadership experience managing people.
  • 5+ years of prior experience working in complex matrixed organization
  • Prior experience with services and/or projects background
  • Engineering related Bachelors' degree required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior professional experience working for an Industrial Automation business.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Industrial Automation portfolio

The pay range for this position is $129,520 - $222,034 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
