What are your responsibilities?
工作职责
  1. Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
    接收到货，核对货运单据上的物料编号、货品名称与数量。 
  2. Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required.
    检查货物外观有无破损，做好记录，并按要求提交相关信息。
  3. Takes care for correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
    正确操作手动搬运车、叉车等运输设备。 
  4. Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
    在数据系统中录入相关信息。 
  5. Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems.
    负责库区货物的验收、存储、调配与出库，并在对应系统完成登记。 
  6. Organizes a regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
    定期开展库区货品维护与盘点工作。
  7. Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
    按指定货位拣配货物，对照送货单核对数量、货品编号，确保货品完整、信息无误。 
  8. Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
    遵照发货要求、常规配送方式、包装标准及危险品等相关规定，完成货物包装。 
  9. Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
    为出库货物附上对应的货运单据。
  10. Completes transports inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.
    规范使用运输工具，完成厂区内及必要的厂区外货物转运。
  11. Other tasks assigned by the department and direct supervisor.
    部门及直线领导安排的其他工作。
What do you need to qualify for this job?
岗位要求

  1. Skilled & Correct use of transport equipment with license (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
    持证熟练、规范操作手动工业搬运车、叉车等运输设备。
  2. Familiar with the process and content of Warehouse stock management activities, Effective & strict conduct the rules of stock management.
    熟悉仓库库存管理流程与工作内容，严格执行库存管理各项规定。
  3. Being able to communicate and convey information effectively with others, understand the needs and expectations of others, express own ideas and opinions effectively, and listen to and understand the perspectives of others provides team cohesion.
    善于沟通对接、传递信息，能理解他人需求，清晰表达个人观点，倾听并接纳不同想法，提升团队凝聚力。
  4. Establishes and maintains lasting and effective working relationships based on mutual trust and respect.  Consistently keeps others informed and initiates active knowledge-sharing. Considers concerns and opinions of others when taking action.

  5. Candidates with basic operational skills of MS Office & SAP are preferred.
    优先考虑掌握微软办公软件及 SAP 系统基础操作者。
