Position Overview
Join our dynamic CApS Operations team as an Infrastructure Operations Consultant, where you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing enterprise-grade production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning, scaling, securing, and maintaining infrastructure while ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience supporting customer Production workloads
  • Must have strong hands-on experience with Azure services: VMs, VNet, SQL MI, Application Gateway, Security groups, Storage Account, Blob, Managed disks, NetApp Files, Functions, VPN Gateway, site-to-site VPN, ExpressRoute, Firewall, Private Endpoints, etc.
  • Good to have experience with AWS services: EC2, VPC, Load balancers, RDS, S3, EBS, FSx, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Good Knowledge of Containerization concepts, Git concepts, CI-CD Pipeline executions and maintenance.
  • Linux / Windows system administration knowledge.
  • Understanding of Active directory user management & SSO concepts.
  • Familiarity with Automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible (preferred).
  • Scripting knowledge in Python or Bash (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of database concepts (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL)
Certifications:
  • Azure and/or AWS Cloud Associate-level Certifications
  • RHCE certification preferred
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Process-oriented, problem-solving approach, and active teammate.
  • Positive learning demeanor and willingness to upskill.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Willingness to share knowledge with peers
  • Experience using root cause analysis techniques (8D, Fishbone, or similar)
  • Ability to automate repetitive operational tasks
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Open to work on weekend shifts as per Team Roster.
  • May be required to work on select public holidays as per Team Roster.
  • Handle ticket resolution for infrastructure activities such as Provisioning, Changes, Scaling & Maintenance.
  • Apply vulnerability remediation on customer workloads.
  • Contribute to documentation (knowledge base, known issues, first of a kind activity, RCA reports, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Azure/AWS support for issue resolution
  • Communicate effectively with Internal and External Stakeholders
