The Project Procurement Manager integrates Procurement into the project lifecycle from an early stage, driving sourcing strategies and ensuring optimal value contribution while maintaining quality, availability, and compliance.

You will:

  • Lead and coordinate project procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage sourcing processes, and drive cost, quality, and delivery outcomes
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, evaluation, and contract execution
  • Identify and manage procurement risks, opportunities, and performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support and guide procurement teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in international project procurement within large infrastructure or railway projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and procurement strategy execution
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages (e.g. Vietnamese) are advantageous
