Together with partners, Digital Industry (DI) drives digital transformation of process and discrete industries with its end-to-end Digital Enterprise portfolio to integrate and digitalize the entire value chain. DI is constantly adding innovations to its portfolio to integrate cutting-edge future technologies

You’ll make an impact by

• Contract and frame agreement preparation & negotiation
• Implement SAP bookings & data maintenance, ensure timely and correct order intake and revenue recognition in compliance with the company's guidelines and rules.
• Ensure efficient and compliant O2C process including order placing, lead time management, delivery and billing, logistics coordination and commercial risk management within defined responsible scope
• Cash management through timely payment booking & effective business assets management.
• Understands customers' needs and priorities, improves customer satisfaction within appropriate framework Payment documents preparation, monitoring customer
• Promotes E business and fulfills OM Excellence KPI
• Other related tasks assigned by superior

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor or above, major in Accounting/ Finance/ international trade is preferred
• Familiar with international trade practice and rules, commercial and order process
• Experienced in logistic issues of order processing
• Basic knowledge on Contract Law, Chinese TAX system and INCOTERM
• Good communication skills with internal /external contacts
• Good SAP and E order tool knowledge and basic trouble shooting


The skills you are expected to have

• Able to use data analysis tools such as Excel, ThinkCell, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
• Good communication and strong learning ability
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
