Your Role – Strategic, Impactful, and Globally Connected
As a P&O Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to the business — bringing deep HR expertise, an independent perspective, and the ability to influence leaders on emerging people-related topics. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating organizational effectiveness, shaping culture, and enabling Siemens Pakistan to attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent.
You will make an impact by:
- Acting as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders — bringing independent viewpoints, deep HR expertise, and actionable insights to critical business decisions.
- Understanding the business strategy in depth and actively contributing to the decision-making process across all facets of the organization.
- Scanning the external landscape — industries, markets, customers, people practices — and translating these insights into people and organizational strategy.
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of Global P&O initiatives within Pakistan, ensuring both global alignment and local relevance.
- Designing and executing HR programs that directly support business growth, workforce agility, and organizational resilience.
- Coaching and enabling business leaders to build high-performing, diverse, and future-ready teams.
- Facilitating workforce planning and organizational design discussions, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Partnering with senior leaders to actively analyze, influence, and drive culture change in line with Siemens' global and local business strategy.
- Building and sustaining a diverse, robust talent pipeline aligned to current and future business needs.
- Advising the business on appropriate HR policies, programs, and processes based on the local regulatory environment and business strategy.
Your Profile – Experienced, Collaborative, and People-Centric
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist capacity.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM, or CIPD are a distinct advantage.
- Experience within multinational corporations or international business environments is highly valued — and will set you apart.
- Strong ability to influence, consult, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and hierarchies.
- Advanced communication skills — articulate, confident, and persuasive in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Urdu is essential for effective local engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people’s data and translate it into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and cross-cultural dynamics in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
