What You Will Do:

  •          Build & Deliver targets & growth through a combination of Strategic, Tactical & Transformative Opportunities.

  •          Identification and development of net new accounts – Creates and executes major accounts’ development plan that will ensure consistent quarter on quarter revenue growth.
  •          Work strategically with pre-sales to identify, create solutions and deliver presentations to multiple personas within a given sales opportunity
  •          Presentation - Creates and performs compelling sales online and onsite presentations to match company's Solutions with identified needs.

         Negotiation and Closing – Ability to balance company and customer objectives to create “win-win” business relationships.

         Relationship Development – Develops strong internal and external (customer and partner) relationships that foster sales teamwork, productivity and revenue achievement.

         Proper use of company’s selected application to maintain sales records, activity and accurate sales forecasting. Completes forms, tasks and sales reports as required by management.

  •          Communication – Consistent and effective internal/external communication. Keeps customers updated on company direction and product development. Relays customer feedback to the company for marketing and product enhancement consideration.



What You Will Need:

  • Background in working with and navigating within Financial Services, FinTech, Pharmaceutical related field sales, especially with Data, Cloud & Analytics solutions.
  • Understanding your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and articulating the voice of your customer to improve Altair’s solutions.
  • Successful sales experience with a proven track record of overachievement selling complex solutions and non-tangible business value in competitive environment at the executive level .
  • An understanding of how the financial services industry in the areas of credit risk, fraud, payments/collections & marketing
  • ·       experience in selling Data & Analytics solutions into large global banks as well as regional banks.
  • ·       Good understanding of Core banking platforms, Cloud Data Strategy, ETL Tools, Analytics platforms
  • ·       Bachelor’s degree or above required.
  • ·       10+ years Enterprise Sales experience with demonstrable success selling complex Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Visualization or Business Analytics software solutions.
  • ·       An understanding of industry trends and relevant business drivers.
  • ·       Candidates must demonstrate history of consistent sales quota achievement.
  • ·       Excellent knowledge of company's products/services and pricing practices.
  • ·       Proven selling skills
  • ·       Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • ·       Highly motivated self starter
  • ·       Commercial & market awareness
  • ·       Both Direct and Channel Sales Experience preferred
