We are looking for : Lead DevOps Platforms Engineer

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading the design and development of centralized Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Championing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices through SLO/SLA definition, error budget management, incident response, post-mortems, and proactive monitoring.
• Automating the SDLC across CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and operational tasks to improve efficiency and developer experience.
• Designing cloud-native solutions, APIs, integrations using major cloud services, Kubernetes, and containerization for resilient, business-critical platforms.
• Building and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for consistency, version control, and repeatability.
• Enabling self-service platform capabilities that help development teams deliver faster with fewer operational dependencies.
• Optimizing platform performance and resource utilization by resolving bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensuring platforms meet security best practices and compliance requirements across delivery and operations.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• A minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years in the specified role, leading Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps toolchain initiatives across the SDLC, including experience in migration, harmonization, and transformation.
• Applying deep cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, storage, databases, and serverless services.
• Operating Docker and Kubernetes at expert level, including cluster management, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Using GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Apache Subversion (SVN), and JFrog Artifactory to support source control and artifact management.
• Strengthening platform consistency with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure as code tools.
• Designing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, and Backstage.
• Combining Python, Go, or Bash automation with observability, networking, and ITSM tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.
