About the job
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented UX Research Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of user research across the Product Design team. This role is primarily focused on research operations, including participant recruitment through Salesforce, study setup in Lyssna, and maintaining a well-structured research repository in Condens.io. In close partnership with researchers and designers, you will help prepare usability studies, surveys, card sorts, and other research activities that enable teams to learn from customers more consistently and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career to mid-level professional with strong coordination skills and an interest in user research. You will collaborate with research and design teammates to operationalize studies, process incoming findings from the broader team, and support light analysis using AI-enabled tools while applying sound judgment and maintaining quality standards. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy bringing structure, consistency, and momentum to customer insight work, Brightly is the place for you.
What you’ll be doing
- : Support participant sourcing and recruitment through Salesforce, helping the team identify, track, and manage research participants for usability studies, surveys, card sorts, and related activities.
- : Partner with researchers and designers to set up studies in Lyssna, ensuring research materials, links, logistics, and study details are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- : Help coordinate the day-to-day workflows that enable high-quality research, including scheduling support, study readiness checks, documentation, and process follow-through across multiple concurrent efforts.
- : Receive, organize, and process research findings from across the broader team in Condens.io, helping ensure insights are tagged, structured, accessible, and easy to reference over time.
- : Support light analysis and summarization of research inputs using AI-enabled tools where appropriate, while applying judgment to validate outputs, preserve context, and maintain research quality.
- : Work closely with Product Design, researchers, product managers, and other partners to keep studies moving forward and ensure research outputs are organized and communicated effectively.
- : Contribute to repeatable, scalable research workflows by identifying opportunities to improve templates, intake processes, repository hygiene, and operational consistency across the team.
- : Use tools such as Lyssna, Condens.io, Copilot, and similar technologies to support study setup, documentation, and insight management while maintaining privacy, accuracy, and human judgment.
What does success look like?
- : You bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to research workflows, helping the team execute studies smoothly and keep insight assets organized and accessible.
- : You work effectively with researchers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help coordinate studies, support execution, and maintain momentum across multiple projects.
- : You manage research logistics, participant coordination, and repository updates with care and accuracy, ensuring information is captured in a consistent and usable way.
- : You help the team make research findings easier to find, understand, and reuse by processing inputs thoughtfully and maintaining a strong standard for quality and clarity.
- : You know how to use AI to support study preparation, organization, and light synthesis while validating outputs, preserving nuance, and protecting participant and customer information.
