Siemens Mobility is the trusted partner for sustainable and seamless public transport solutions for rail and road, from the first to the last mile. As a Senior Installation Supervisor, you will lead site installation activities, guide subcontractor teams, and work closely with engineering and Test & Commissioning experts on one of Taiwan's major railway projects. This role is designed as a development path toward future Site Manager positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise installation works, keep daily activities on track, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Be the key site contact, solve interface issues, and keep work moving smoothly between teams and client.
  • Follow up with subcontractors to prepare and submit installation plans, monitor document submission progress, and report status updates to the Site Manager.
  • Lead toolbox talks, identify risks early, and ensure all work follows Siemens and project standards.
  • Coach junior supervisors, share best practices, and gradually take on more management responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in railway, metro, E&M, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  • Rail signaling experience is a strong advantage.
  • Confident leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Practical problem-solver with good communication skills.
  • Able to prepare reports, Method Statements (MoS), and site documentation.
  • Native Chinese speaker with conversational English.
