We are looking for a Business Controller!  

Are you early in your career within Finance and ready to move closer to the business? 

We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our Nordic Financial Planning and Analysis team at Siemens Financial Services. In this role, you will work close to the business – supporting decision making through data, analysis, and clear insights. 

 In our team, we focus on answering what the numbers tell, what is driving performance and ultimately what actions can improve the outcome! 

  You’ll make an impact by  

• Playing a key role in supporting the business from a financial perspective, by working closely with both Finance colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. 

• Own forecasting and budgeting for selected KPIs 

• Analyzing business performance and explaining key deviations 

• Following up on costs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights 

• Preparing analyses and hypothesis used in discussions with stakeholders and management decisions 

• Identify and implement AI use cases to drive efficiency within our processes 

• Gradually taking increasing ownership, and over time become a trusted discussion partner to the business.

You’ll win us over by 

• Having some experience working within Finance (e.g. accounting, reporting, analysis, audit, or similar)  

• Having experience working with data, follow-up, or financial reporting 

• Having strong Excel skills 

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English
   

Nice to have 

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI 

• Experience with utilizing AI within quantitative analysis 

• Experience from an international or matrix organization
