For Mobility Finance Performance and Management in Beijing, we are looking for Controlling Officer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

1. Function Cost Management & Financial Planning
  • Own the full Function Cost management cycle for SMO CHN, covering budget planning, forecast (FC) updates, variance analysis, and cost allocation, in strict compliance with global Function Cost guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Function Cost and Central Item reporting under SMO / CIE SCU; proactively identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine cost allocation models and methodologies to reflect business evolution and global policy updates.
  • Deliver structured Function Cost analysis reports with clear, actionable insights to support senior management decision-making.
  • Actively explore and apply digital tools and technologies to optimize cost reporting and data processing workflows, continuously improving efficiency and accuracy.


2. Financial Operations & Period-End Closing Support

  • Coordinate across internal departments to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations, proactively resolving issues and maintaining effective cross-functional working relationships.
  • Drive period end and year-end closing, handling account reconciliation and financial data validation, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Prepare concise periodic reports to support management review, maintaining consistent data quality and on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within daily operations, leveraging available tools and technologies to reduce manual effort and enhance reliability.

What do you need to qualify for this job? 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial control, cost management, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other mainstream ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Profound understanding of global financial compliance and practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and also be an excellent team player.
  • Passion for emerging technologies (especially the application of AI in finance) and eagerness to learn and implement them.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
