Hello eager tech expert!

IT Application Support Professional to provide L1 and L2 support for business applications, manage incidents, and handle a variety of operational tasks including workflow data processing, vulnerability tracking, and user communication initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, timely resolution of user issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction, identify business use cases for automation and implementation.

You’ll break new ground by

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support (L1 & L2):

Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, documenting resolutions, and escalating to higher levels when required.

• Incident Management:

Track, prioritize, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.

• Workflow Data Request Processing:

Review, validate, and process data requests within workflow systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Vulnerability Management:

Assist in tracking, documenting, and coordinating remediation efforts for application and system vulnerabilities.

• File Server Certificate Renewal:

Monitor and manage the renewal of file server certificates to ensure continuity and security of services.

• Training Coordination:

Plan and schedule user training sessions; manage communication, collect feedback, and update training materials as needed.

• Customer Feedback & Satisfaction Surveys:

Design and distribute customer satisfaction surveys, collect and analyze results, and maintain a structured record of feedback for service improvement.

• Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for procedures, known issues, resolutions, and FAQs.

• Automation

Identify business use cases for automation and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in IT application support or a related role.

• Basic understanding of network and server security principles.

• Familiarity with certificate management processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
