Your mission will be…

– Support the design and implementation of Order Management (OM) processes within Sherpa X;

– Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and solutions;

– Contribute to process validation, testing, and readiness activities ahead of UAT and Go-Live;

– Identify process gaps and propose improvements aligned with the Sherpa X template;

– Support rollout activities across regions, ensuring local needs are properly understood and addressed.

We are looking for someone with…

– Experience in SAP, ideally in Order-to-Cash / Order Management areas;

– Understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly OM;

– Experience in project management or delivery roles, preferably in transformation or rollout projects;

– Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments;

– Good communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements;

– A proactive and hands-on mindset – someone who is comfortable getting involved and driving things forward;

– Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and timelines;

– Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of processes.
