About the Role


We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Business Systems team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for process improvement, and design scalable solutions using Salesforce and related SaaS applications.

This is a techno-functional role focused on translating business needs into system capabilities through configuration, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping shape solutions that drive efficiency, user adoption, and business value.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and consulting skills with hands-on experience configuring CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.


What You'll Do 

  • - Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • - Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

  • - Recommend best practices and challenge existing processes when more efficient solutions are available.

  • - Configure and enhance Salesforce and related SaaS applications using declarative tools and low-code capabilities.

  • - Support ongoing optimization of CRM processes including lead management, opportunity management, account planning, lead generation, and related workflows.

  • - Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business requirements and proposed solutions.

  • - Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

  • - Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new functionality.

  • - Analyze system data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

  • - Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and user guides.

  • - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.

  • - Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, defects, and system improvements.

  • - Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies that support business objectives.


Required Qualifications 

  • - 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SaaS business applications, preferably CRM platforms.

  • - 2+ years of experience in a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar techno-functional role.

  • - Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

  • - Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • - Experience configuring CRM platforms and supporting business users.

  • - Ability to influence stakeholders and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and system best practices.

  • - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • - Experience creating functional documentation and process documentation.

  • - Experience performing testing and supporting production systems.

  • - Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

  • - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automation tools, and declarative configuration.

  • - Experience supporting Sales and Marketing business processes.

  • - Experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Certinia, Salesforce Billing, Avalara, or similar platforms.

  • - Knowledge of CRM integrations and API-based solutions.

  • - Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, or Salesforce development concepts.

  • - Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
