• Lead category strategy and strategic sourcing for integrated product portfolios, OEM/ODM supply models and key electronic / electro-mechanical categories.
• Build resilient supplier ecosystems with qualified partners, alternative sources and scalable supply capabilities.
• Translate business growth, product roadmap and localization needs into supplier portfolio strategy and sourcing execution.
• Drive sourcing decisions based on technology fit, supplier capability, cost competitiveness and supply resilience.
• Govern supplier lifecycle management, including qualification, negotiation, performance, development and risk mitigation.
• Partner with business, engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams to enable portfolio competitiveness and business growth.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• 10+ years of strategic procurement experience, covering sourcing, supplier management and category strategy.
• Strong project coordination capability across functions and regions.
• ODM/OEM commodity and electronic component experience.
• Engineering、Technical experience with mechatronics, electro-mechanical, integrated system
• Negotiation skills.
