You'll make an impact by
- You actively support the project management team in organizing and coordinating tasks within Project HORIZON, ensuring smooth workflows throughout your assignment
- By closely tracking cost reduction measures, you contribute to the financial oversight and continuously update the status of ongoing initiatives
- In addition, you coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and analyses, and keep stakeholders informed through structured follow-up of action items
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Practical experience or strong interest in project management and project support
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and prepare clear presentations
- Ways of Working: You work in a structured, reliable and proactive manner and enjoy collaborating in a team
- Languages: Very good command of English and German
