We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to oversee and coordinate electrical engineering activities across multiple disciplines including but not limited to E-house, MV/LV switchgear, UPS systems, HVAC, and SAS/SCADA. This role requires a skilled professional who can integrate various electrical systems and ensure seamless coordination between different engineering teams. Coordinate effectively across various engineering disciplines, including:
  • E-House & Electrical Systems Design: Lead design of E-house structures and layouts, including MV/LV systems, UPS, lighting, and small power systems.
  • Auxiliary & Safety Systems Integration: Oversee HVAC, fire & gas detection, and earthing & lightning protection systems, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide direction, mentorship, and technical oversight to engineering and project teams.
  • Scope & Standards Management: Define and manage engineering scopes while ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements, industry codes, and Siemens standards.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management: Act as the key technical interface with stakeholders, while identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
  • Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Ensure high-quality deliverables, oversee technical documentation, and drive innovation and optimization in design processes.

Your defining qualities:
  • LV Systems Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in designing and applying LV switchgear, MCCs, distribution panels, transformers, and protection devices.
  • Electrical Analysis Capability: Proven ability to perform and interpret complex studies, including load flow, short circuit, voltage drop, and protection coordination.
  • Standards & Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding and application of international and local standards (IEC, NEC/NFPA, UL, etc.).
  • Technical & Project Delivery Strength: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Experience, Autonomy & Value Proposition: Minimum 3–5 years in coordination/integration roles, experience across key systems (e-house, MV/LV, UPS, HVAC, SCADA), with the ability to work independently
