You’ll make a difference by:

  • The current hiring targets multiple roles where each Process Test Lead will primarily own a specific group of end-to-end business processes, such as:
  • Sales Order Fulfillment processes (e.g., Sales from Stock, Make-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Drop shipment).
  • Returns, Service, and Special Sales scenarios (e.g., Returns processing, repairs, SDN and nonstandard sales flows).
  • Intercompany and Supply Chain processes (e.g., stock transfers, replenishment, intercompany and multi-stage supply chains).
  • Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement processes (e.g., production, demand/supply planning, procurement and inbound logistics flows).
  • E2E Process Ownership
    • Own testing for complete business scenarios within the assigned process area (Sales, Returns,
    • Supply Chain, or Manufacturing/Procurement).
    • Ensure full coverage of end-to-end process flows across systems.
    • Validate cross-functional dependencies and integrations across applications.
  • Test Strategy & Planning
    • Define E2E test strategy based on assigned business scenarios.
    • Identify scope, risks, dependencies, and coverage areas within the process domain.
    • Plan test cycles including SIT, E2E, and UAT for the assigned process scope.
  • Test Case Design Oversight
    • Guide teams in designing scenario-based E2E test cases aligned to business processes.
    • Ensure test cases are comprehensive, step-by-step, and business-driven.
    • Review and approve test documentation for usability, traceability, and reusability.
    • Promote standardization of test design for future automation readiness.
  • Multi-System & Application Coordination
    • Ensure testing across all applications involved in the assigned business processes (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES, warehouse systems, external tools).
    • Coordinate with teams managing different applications contributing to the E2E flow.
    • Validate cross-system data consistency and process continuity.
  • Execution Governance
    • Oversee execution of E2E test cycles within the assigned process area.
    • Track progress, quality metrics, and scenario coverage.
    • Ensure defects are prioritized and resolved based on business impact.
  • Defect & Risk Management
    • Manage defect lifecycle across multiple systems and process steps.
    • Analyze root cause and cross-process impact within E2E flows.
    • Identify risks and define mitigation plans for assigned process scenarios.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate across global teams and business users involved in the process.
    • Facilitate alignment between IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Agile & Quality Engineering Practices
    • Drive Agile testing practices within teams.
    • Implement structured testing methodologies and frameworks.
    • Establish best practices for E2E testing, traceability, and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation Readiness
    • Improve test processes and scenario coverage continuously.
    • Ensure test cases are designed for reuse and automation.
    • Support adoption of automation tools and frameworks.

Your success is grounded in:

  • 8–12 years of experience in E2E testing / test management.
  • Strong expertise in business process understanding and integration testing.
  • Experience leading multi-team and multi-system testing efforts.
  • Ability to own and drive testing for specific process domains while ensuring end-to-end integration.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across domains (L2C, P2P, D2O, R2R). Ability to work on process-specific scenario groups such as fulfillment, returns, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution governance.
  • Experience with multi-application landscapes (ERP, MES, PLM, warehouse and external systems). Knowledge of integration testing (interfaces, APIs, EDI).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, ISTQB practices, and test tools.
  • Exposure to test automation and quality engineering practices.
