About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head the Execution function within Electrification & Automation – Customer Services. This strategic leadership role is responsible for delivering execution excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving efficiency, and enabling sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Execution organization for EA Customer Services.
Ensure safe, timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery of all portfolios.
Drive operational excellence through standardized execution processes, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
Own execution KPIs including revenue realization, gross margin, productivity, EHS, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
Develop execution strategies to support aggressive business growth and scalability.
Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Partner closely with Sales, Portfolio, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Factory teams to ensure seamless execution.
Strengthen customer relationships through proactive governance and executive engagement.
Lead risk and opportunity management across the execution portfolio.
Champion digital tools, remote services, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle business models.
Drive resource planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Minimum 15-20+ years of relevant experience in project execution, service operations, or engineering management.
Proven leadership experience managing large execution teams across multiple locations.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience, project financials, and operational KPIs.
Deep understanding of Electrification, Automation, Protection, Power Transmission & Distribution
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
