We're looking for a Functional Analyst who enjoys understanding business challenges, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business needs into innovative technology solutions. If you're passionate about HR technology, Workday, Payroll systems, and digital transformation, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

As the bridge between HR business teams and technical development teams, you will:

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and global stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document functional requirements for HR digital solutions.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and solution architects to design scalable and user-focused solutions.
  • Support solution validation through test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business sign-off.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with global teams across different regions.
  • Help drive the successful adoption of new digital capabilities by creating clear documentation and supporting change initiatives.
  • Participate in global transformation projects, with opportunities to contribute to project coordination and cross-functional initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Workday, HRIS platforms, Payroll systems, or other Human Capital Management solutions.
  • Solid experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
  • Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and business documentation.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams throughout solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to collaborate in a global environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Knowledge of system integrations and enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to AI tools that improve productivity.
  • Experience participating in digital transformation or HR technology projects.
  • Project coordination or Project Management experience.
