Hear From Our Genesis Graduates

“The Genesis Programme has provided me with an incredible opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Coming from an Industrial Engineering background, I had exposure to PLM, CAD and Mendix which are all part of Siemens software. The programme has given me a strong foundation through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real project experience. Beyond developing my technical knowledge, I have grown in confidence, communication, and teamwork, while learning the importance of delivering value to clients and collaborating across different teams. The supportive environment and continuous learning culture have made this a truly rewarding experience, and I look forward to continuing to develop my skills and contribute to meaningful projects at Siemens.” - Pooja

“My experience in the Genesis Programme has been truly impactful. I started not knowing what to expect, but the highly structured setup and supportive mentors quickly helped me grow through any challenge. We are provided with excellent resources for skill development while still having the flexibility to track our own progress. My biggest takeaway has been seeing how globally connected our division is and realizing the unbelievable impact our software products have across almost every industry.” - Ramalau
