Role Objective
Lead the OEM team in developing, standardizing, and deploying innovative HVAC and datacenter cooling automation solutions that enable OEM customers to achieve superior performance, energy efficiency, and reliability. The role is responsible for driving technical excellence, customer success, and the adoption of Siemens automation technologies across the rapidly evolving global datacenter cooling market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and deployment of equipment automation applications for datacenter cooling systems. 
• Ensure consistent application architecture, software quality, and engineering best practices across projects. 
• Guide the design and implementation of applications for: 
? CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning)
? CRAH (Computer Room Air Handling)
? Fan Wall Units (FWU)
? Chillers
? Cooling Towers
? Coolant Distribution Units (CDU)
? Immersion Cooling Systems
? Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Solutions
? Emerging Datacenter Thermal Management Technologies
• Review and approve application designs, control sequences, and commissioning strategies.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic OEM customers. 
• Support sales teams during customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline. 
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in: 
• HVAC equipment design
• Controls engineering and automation
• Application software development
• Datacenter cooling solutions
• Leading technical teams or application engineering groups. 
• Proven experience working directly with OEM customers and cross-functional global teams.
Preferred Technical Skills
• Siemens Climatix (Sapro / Automation)
• PLC Programming (FBD, ST)
• Python
• MATLAB
• LabVIEW
• HTML5, Angular, or equivalent web technologies
• Data Analytics and Performance Optimization Tools
