You'll make a difference by:

  • Managing executive schedules and travel arrangements by coordinating calendars, appointments, meetings, and domestic and international business travel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting meetings and executive communications through the preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and coordination of internal and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Overseeing travel administration and expense management by arranging bookings, processing travel-related expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating events and visitor experiences including management meetings, town halls, workshops, customer visits, and company events, while handling venue, catering, and logistics requirements.
  • Facilitating operational and administrative processes through procurement coordination, purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and general administrative support.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle and asset management activities including onboarding, offboarding, company asset allocation, inventory tracking, and visitor support.

Your defining qualities

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with confidence in engaging and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling schedules, travel arrangements, expenses, and administrative documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with travel and expense management systems such as Concur or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and self-motivation with the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision.
