Position Overview:
Leading employee lifecycle administration activities with a high degree of accuracy, compliance, customer focus, and adherence to defined service levels.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage end-to-end HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle
- Complete onboarding, confirmation, contract extensions, transfers, master data updates, delegations, and offboarding activities
- Process employee data changes in Workday/SAP and other HR systems.
- Generate employment letters, certificates, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Validate supporting documents and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee and HRBP queries through ServiceNow/People Centre or designated case management tools.
- Ensure SLA alignment and timely case closure.
- Maintain employee records and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support digitalization initiatives.
- Support knowledge management, SOP updates, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Local HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve complex cases.
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Typically, 5–8 years of HR Operations/HR Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP HR, ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-orientation skills.
