You'll make an impact by

• You support our Global Operations team in the Digital Service Center by assisting with the improvement and standardization of operational processes across international teams
• Building on this, you contribute to the development of frameworks and best practices that define how digital services are designed, implemented, and delivered
• In addition, you coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Furthermore, you help translate business requirements into practical solutions by supporting product and tool-related activities, ensuring that our digital services provide real added value for our customers

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, ideally in Management, Management and Technology, Digital Business, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You demonstrate a strong growth mindset and commitment to continuous self-development

  • You have good communication skills and thrive in dynamic, global environments
• Ways of Working: You work collaboratively, show initiative, and adapt quickly to new situations
