We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager (Lead) to join our Mobility business in Vietnam and play a critical role in the delivery of large-scale rail infrastructure projects.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead complex international logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and resources required for successful project execution. Working within a global project environment, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement end-to-end logistics strategies that support safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery.

As Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of project materials by establishing and maintaining robust transportation, warehousing, customs, and supply chain solutions across multiple international locations.

You will:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end project logistics strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Lead logistics planning activities during project initiation, including logistics risk assessments, logistics reviews, and alignment with project stakeholders.
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, customs, import/export, and trade compliance activities across international supply chains.
  • Lead logistics tenders and supplier selection processes, including engagement with transportation and warehouse service providers.
  • Review contractual logistics requirements and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and project-specific obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate logistics risks while providing proactive recommendations to support project objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics interfaces between procurement, project management, legal, tax, customs, and supply chain teams.
  • Manage logistics service providers and cross-regional logistics teams to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of logistics performance.

Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience managing logistics activities within large-scale infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of railway, mobility, or other complex international project environments.
  • Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, transportation management, warehousing, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Experience managing logistics tenders, supplier selection, and logistics service provider performance.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and experience working within structured project delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively across international and multicultural environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Vietnamese language capability would be highly regarded.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
