Customer Service Material Logistics is part of Siemens Healthineers Customer Services and provides global service part logistics for all businesses within the Healthineers portfolio. This role will hold the full responsibility for all service supply chain processes (service parts / digital services) established in the ASN ZONE by CS ML. Her / his mission is to achieve high customer satisfaction by ensuring and continuously improving a high-performance service supply chain in the ASN. This role is responsible for service parts transportation / order fulfilment / return logistics / inventory management / warehousing. Key measures of success are perfect order performance / ASN field inventory managed within established targets / local fill rate from local stock / timely and accurate ETA when same day delivery is requested / timely and accurate processing of returns.

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for team management, including cross culture and remote located employees, towards hire, train, motivate, coach, as well as promote a diverse professional workforce to support organization goals. 
  • You will be responsible to develop CS ML strategy level development roadmaps together with other global stakeholders. 
  • You will be responsible for managing ASN OPC with CS Zone speakers and acting as E2E spare part accountability, from parts ordering, storage, transported, and return. 
  • You will be responsible for strategy level managing, selecting and negotiating with all warehouse and transportation providers. 
  • You will be responsible for strategic-level management of China-wide spare parts manufacturing vendors.
  • You will be responsible to meet financial targets and adherence to all logistics activities FCST including FTE, Warehouse, Transportation and Inventory management.
  • You will be responsible to lead process maturity and drive for process optimization 
  • You will be responsible to ensure spare part process compliance with CS ML global quality requirement as well as APJ &ASN wide regulation requirement and harmonize process into global process house.

Your qualification and experience:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or above with major in SCM /LOGISTICS /BUSINESS preferred
  • You have 10+ years of successfully leading multi-national teams in service operations environment with multi-site portfolio of assets. 
  • You have strategy level mindset to overall balancing future supply chain development in CHN considering customer satisfaction, regulation, cost and quality. 
  • You have strong influencing skill and excellent interpersonal skills communication skills towards all counter partners, suppliers and employees. 
  • You have experience managing complexity in in industry with strict regulations and quality requirements.
  • You have in depth knowledge with CS ML and APJ&CHN region, towards key supply chain process, and current best practice. 
  • You have customer communication in English. Additional languages Chinese preferred 
  • You have ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
