We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team focused on Contractor, EPC, and Panel Builder customers for Siemens' Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and LV Switchboard portfolio. The role demands strong leadership, customer engagement, strategic sales execution, and market development capabilities to achieve ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team to drive business growth within the Contractor, EPC, and Panel Builder segments.
Drive sales of the complete LV Switchgear and LV Switchboard product portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies for market penetration, business extraction, and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, EPCs, and panel builders.
Collaborate with internal teams including product management, operations, and service functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives while ensuring sustainable growth.
Experience
8–12 years of relevant industry experience in electrical products, LV switchgear, switchboards, power distribution, or related segments.
Proven experience handling Contractor, EPC, and Panel Builder customers.
Experience in team management and leading high-performance sales teams.
