Strategic Regional Account Manager
This position will be Hybrid in the greater Atlanta.
Role Description
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large General Contractors and Electrical Contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Work closely with other divisions within Siemens Smart Infrastructure to leverage synergies and drive integrated solutions.
- Coordinate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Leader - National Account Team
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to Siemens’ policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in working in the power distribution market and awareness of its key players.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales/account management within the power distribution within the data center sector.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of demonstrated sales/account management experience.
- Proven experience in account management within the power distribution or related industry.

The pay range for this position is $109,742.00 - $225,706.00 annually with a target incentive of 35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
