Knowledge for the world of tomorrow.

Siemens is shaping the next era of industry and infrastructure through technology. Peter Körte, a member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG, is one of the company’s most visible voices on innovation, transformation, and the future of industry.
We are looking for an Executive Storyteller (f/m/d) who can turn ideas, perspectives, and everyday moments into distinctive digital content for Peter Körte – with speed, clarity, and creativity.
This is a hands-on, always-on editorial role. You'll write and edit for blogs and social media, create OpEds for media, develop recurring and experimental formats, and help make Peter’s voice relevant, recognizable, and engaging across channels. We’re looking for someone with outstanding writing skills, an eye for what works on different channels and the ability to get to the grain of a story quickly.
What you'll love about us

  • An attractive remuneration package
  • Access to Siemens share plans
  • 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
  • Up to 30 days workation per year in certain countries
  • 30 days of paid vacation and a variety of flexible work schedules that allow time off for you and your family
  • Flexible training opportunities for both your professional and personal development that you can tailor to your interests

Since each of over 300,000 team members feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information here.

The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.

You’ll break new ground by

  • Create a steady flow of relevant, high-quality content (e.g., OpEds, blog. posts, articles)
  • Write and edit social media posts, blog articles, short-form scripts, Q&As, explainers, comments, and other editorial formats
  • Turn meetings, events, travel, business priorities, and emerging conversations into timely content opportunities
  • Develop recurring and experimental formats that give Peter’s communication a distinctive, recognizable voice and keep audiences engaged
  • Translate complex business and technology topics into accessible, human stories which are clear and engaging without oversimplifying
  • Interview experts and stakeholders, ask the right questions, and turn their input into accurate, compelling copy
  • Collaborate closely with visual and video specialists and Communications colleagues to connect strong copy with the right format and channel
  • Use audience feedback, channel performance, and digital trends to refine content continuously while maintaining editorial quality and consistency

Your defining qualities

  • Education
A Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology, or a comparable field
  • Experience & Skills
    • A strong digital track record. Several years of experience creating and editing digital content in a newsroom, agency, or corporate environment.
    • Outstanding English writing and editing skills. You write with precision, personality, and an aptitude for taking on a principal’s tone of voice; German skills are a plus.
    • Digital fluency. You understand how people read and engage with content online and know how to adapt an idea for a blog, a LinkedIn post, or a short-form script.
    • Creative format thinking. You enjoy inventing new editorial formats and building recurring series that audiences recognize and value.
    • Sharp editorial judgment. You spot the story in meetings and business updates and know what is timely, relevant, and worth publishing.
  • Ways of working
    • Curiosity and quick comprehension. You dive right into unfamiliar topics, ask the right questions, and find the human angle; a deep technical background is not required.
    • A hands-on mindset. You move comfortably between initial ideas and polished copy, manage several topics in parallel, and deliver reliably under tight deadlines.
    • A collaborative, generous approach. You stay calm under pressure, are rigorous about quality, and comfortable working with senior leaders, experts, and creative colleagues.
  • Languages
Business-fluent in German and English
