We're looking for an SGP Participant in Product Management and Digital Innovation at Mendix, with a specific focus on: 

  • Agentic Applications and AI-powered business solutions  
  • Product strategy, orchestration, and business value delivery  
  • Bridging customer needs, technology capabilities, and product execution

Over two exciting and transformative years, you'll rotate through three goal-oriented and strategic assignments that expose you to the real-world challenges of product innovation, digital transformation, and enterprise software development. 

Your first assignment will be as a Business Analyst within the Agentic Applications & Orchestration team, where you'll help shape the next generation of AI-powered solutions at Mendix. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and customers to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions. 

Your strengths in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and structured thinking will play a key role in helping Siemens and Mendix deliver innovative products that create value for customers worldwide.

This is how you'll win us over 

Education: 

A Master's, Diploma, or Doctoral degree in: 
  • Business Administration  
  • Economics  
  • Business Information Management  
  • Management of Information Systems  
  • Management of Technology  
  • Strategic Product Design  
  • Innovation Management  
  • Or related fields combining business and technology  

Experience & Skills 

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: 
  • Business analysis  
  • Product development or product management  
  • Digital transformation initiatives  
  • Process improvement or operational excellence  
  • Data analysis and business insights  
  • Innovation, design thinking, or customer-centric problem solving  

Additional strengths include: 

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking  
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions  
  • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in fast-changing environments  
  • Experience or interest in enterprise software is preferred  
  • Minimum 4 months of international experience (studies, internships, exchange programs, or work experience)

Languages 
  • Fluent in English  
  • Dutch is a plus, but not required  

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (with potential for global assignment) 

Target Career Path: Business Analyst → Product Manager

Our Benefits & Rewards

The starting salary for this position is €60,000 per annum. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
