Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

Responsibilities : 

Strategic Account Management & Business Development:
o Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intelligence Centre X's portfolio within your assigned territory or customer segment.
o Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
o Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving business needs and challenges.

Solution Selling & Value Proposition:
o Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Intelligence Centre X's advanced AI/ML and data analytics and knowledge graph solutions, demonstrating how they address specific customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
o Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical experts to deliver compelling presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
o Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure, leveraging internal resources effectively.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer developments within your specialized market segment to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
o Provide valuable market feedback to product management and marketing teams to help shape future offerings and go-to-market strategies.
o Represent Siemens and Intelligence Centre X at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.

Forecasting & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to management.



Qualification :

What You'll Need to Succeed (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of proven success in a specialized sales, account management, or business development role, preferably selling complex enterprise software, AI/ML solutions, advanced analytics or knowledge graph.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and drive significant revenue growth.
Strong understanding of semantic layer, ontologies, knowledge graphs, industrial digitalization, data-driven decision making, AI/ML applications
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and solve complex customer problems.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to travel [specify percentage, e.g., up to 50%] to customer sites and industry events as required.
 
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Skills & Experience):
Experience with Siemens Industry Software Solution especially RapidMiner and Mendix.
