You'll make an impact by
- You support the preparation of engaging presentations on diverse topics, ensuring clear and impactful communication for various stakeholders
- Subsequently, you collaborate on AI-related topics by assisting with prompting and bot creation, helping to tailor digital solutions to organizational needs
- Building on this, you organize and follow up on events, such as relocation projects, to facilitate smooth change management processes
- In addition, you help collect, analyze, and translate people data into valuable insights, supporting the team in identifying trends and setting priorities
- Finally, you contribute to initiatives focused on standardizing processes and experiences, enhancing organizational effectiveness and consistency
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a master's degree program such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations
- Experience with communication and change management topics
- Basic understanding of agile working methods and project management
- Initial experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and dashboarding concepts is desirable.
