Global Service Expert – Accounts Payable

What does this role involve?

 
  • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of accounts payable operations across multiple regions.
  • Acting as a strategic partner for the Customer and as point of contact for internal managers.
  • Driving process optimization and supporting implementation of global solutions.
  • Supporting transitions & transformation projects, as well as integration of new activities.
  • Monitoring compliance with processes, quality requirements and deadlines.
  • Close cross-functional collaboration and cooperation with Management.
 

What do we expect from you?

 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills (Spanish and English language are essential – both written and spoken).
  • Proficient knowledge of Accounts Payable processes based on previous experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to work in an agile and project-based environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (esp. MS Excel, MS Power Point).
  • Strong orientation towards professional service delivery to external customers.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated person (organizational skills, time management, decision making, adaptability and growth mindset).
