Content Strategist
Summary
We are seeking a Content Strategist to support our global Partner Marketing organization by developing scalable, partner-ready content strategies that help partners effectively market Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions and activate integrated campaigns in market.
This role serves as a bridge between internal campaign strategy and partner execution, translating integrated campaign strategies into campaign-in-a-box frameworks that partners can easily adopt, localize and deploy. Working closely with SMB/partner, campaign, industry and field teams, the Content Strategist helps ensure partner content requirements, activation needs and localization considerations are built into campaign planning from the start.
Working across a global marketing ecosystem, this role develops repeatable content systems, supports cross-functional alignment and helps extend the reach and impact of Siemens marketing campaigns through partner channels by giving partners the guidance, content and context they need to use campaign materials effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring partner needs into integrated campaign planning early by working with global campaign, industry, field and SMB/partner marketing teams to define partner content requirements, activation needs and localization considerations before execution begins.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities to improve content coverage across partner marketing programs, campaigns and solution areas.
- Build content plans that define the assets, messaging, formats and content systems needed to support partner-led marketing activities.
- Create scalable campaign-in-a-box frameworks that enable partners to quickly adopt, localize and execute marketing campaigns.
- Define requirements for primary and derivative assets and partner marketing deliverables across multiple channels and tactics.
- Partner with content creators, subject matter experts, creative teams and marketing stakeholders to guide content development and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure content follows brand, messaging, governance and localization standards while remaining flexible for regional and partner-specific adaptation.
- Establish and maintain content organization, taxonomy, tagging and lifecycle management practices that improve content discoverability and reuse.
- Support Partner Marketing in enabling partners on campaign-in-a-box materials by helping explain available content, answer questions and reinforce how partners can use the assets effectively in market.
- Analyze content adoption, utilization and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve content effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements to content strategy, content frameworks and partner enablement approaches based on performance insights, stakeholder and partner feedback.
- Apply content strategy best practices and audience-centric messaging principles to strengthen partner marketing outcomes and support continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience developing content strategies and integrated content plans.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partner, channel, or reseller marketing programs.
- Experience developing campaign-in-a-box frameworks and partner enablement content.
- Knowledge of B2B demand generation, buyer journeys and integrated campaign planning.
- Experience supporting global marketing programs and content localization.
- Experience using data and insights to optimize content performance.
- Experience in software, technology, manufacturing, or other B2B industries.
- Familiarity with Forrester B2B marketing frameworks.
