Are you ready to join our team? We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance Department located in Brasov.

Your main responsibilities would be:

Controlling activities that include:

• Cost center/Profit center controlling;
• Offering support for the planning process (budgeting and forecasting) of Divisions KPIs;
• Plan vs Actual variance analysis for the area of responsibility;
• Offer support in calculation of hourly rates;
• Evaluate and monitor provisions and accruals;
• Reporting of KPIs to the local top management and to the headquarter in specific reporting tools/systems.

Commercial Project Management that includes:

• Offering support for the follow-up of projects in specific project controlling tools;
• Supporting reports related to project status Actual vs PO/Budget;
• Communicating proactively with technical & business administration department heads, technical staff, and project managers;
• Preparing and presenting commercial data for financial audit purposes;
• Drafting financial documentation and controlling of Public Funded Projects.

What do I need in order to qualify for this job?

• Good knowledge of commercial and controlling topics; basic accounting knowledge is an advantage;
• 3-5 years work experience in the Controlling area, preferably in the services industry;
• Knowledge of MS Office: excellent Excel skills; good command of Word and PowerPoint;
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system is preferred;
• Language skills: excellent verbal and written English skills;
• German language is a plus;
• Experience in a multinational company represents an advantage.
