You'll make a difference by
- Driving consultative solution sales: Identify customer challenges and design integrated fire safety, security, and building management solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Owning the full sales lifecycle: Lead opportunities from discovery and solution design through proposal, negotiation, and closing for complex, high-value projects.
- Positioning value-based solutions: Translate technical capabilities into clear ROI, safety, and compliance benefits to differentiate Siemens in competitive bids.
- Targeting high-impact industry segments: Develop tailored solution strategies for sectors such as data centers, healthcare, and industrial environments.
- Building trusted advisory relationships: Partner with clients, consultants, and contractors as a go-to expert on integrated building technologies and risk mitigation.
- Co-creating solutions with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with engineering, bid, and project teams to ensure commercially viable, compliant, and innovative offerings leveraging digital and IoT capabilities.
Your defining qualities
- Proven solution sales track record: 5–8 years in consultative or solution-based selling within fire safety, security, or building technologies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong solutioning and technical expertise: Ability to design and articulate integrated systems across fire detection, suppression, security, and building management platforms.
- Value-focused communicator: Skilled at aligning solutions to customer business needs and presenting compelling value propositions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Opportunity hunter with commercial acumen: Proactive in identifying new opportunities, qualifying deals, and managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Customer-centric mindset: Strong ability to understand client pain points and develop tailored, outcome-driven solutions.
- Collaborative deal driver: Team player who works effectively across functions and cultures to win and deliver integrated solutions.
